This morning I get this swell email from mom:
Fyi my sweet offspring! This Sunday is ….. Ta-dah.! Mother’s Day! Love notes, poems and general declarations of love and devotion accepted- your only mother.
Now help me think of something nice and meaningful for my only mother on Mother’s Day.
Oh good, if there are extra ones I need some too because I got the same email.
Ahh yes I got that one as well, I think even Dad was on the mail list too….Mom seems intent on slews of daughterly love this year….so this year I am determined not to write her a generic poem that she despises at the last minute….I shall resist!
Hahaha but still I am at a loss for stuff to give her…..Jules we should collaborate tomorrow or something
ohh wait it does say poems are accepted….I don’t even need to resist! haha victory is MINE!
