What version of InDesign CS are you running and have you updated it recently? There’s been a few updates from Adobe recently that may solve your problem.
Running CS2, and am now searching for Adobe Updater.
Ha! for once I am ahead of you. La la la la. I’ve been using CS3, it’s quite snazzy with new tools and upgrades.
