Awww...sniffle. Of course there's also
"Before you respond to my offer, I'd like to let you know that I am a Gentleman, and my intentions are purely dishonorable."

Well, with lines like these:

"How come you never wrote me?"

"I wrote you every day for a year"

"It was never over for me"

"It's all too late, I'm engaged now"

"I never stopped loving you"

and of course "but Daddy, I love him".

it's not hard to guess why the film is such a winner.

okay, now I've never seen the notebook, and i'm a girl, so what does that tell you?
frankly I thought it sounded rather boring and predictable, not to mention that in Nicholas Sparks' stories someone always dies at the end, which makes him boring and predictable
so tell me, did I really miss out or something?
what's with the hysteria?
