The Latest , trackbackFurther proof of the existence of a God of love:
I had this handy dandy Starbucks card that Nyna had gotten me for Christmas. Coffee connoisseur that I am, I had been steadily dipping into the resources on this card ever since Christmas, and was down to my last dollar (roughly). So I walk into Starbucks and order a coffee of the day, hand over my card, and expect to be asked for another forty-nine cents or so (perish the thought anything should cost just a dollar at Starbucks), when nice lady behind the counter does not, in fact, ask for more money, but hands my card back with my receipt. I check the receipt and the balance left on the card is $17.50.
Is that not snazzy? I was purdy jazzed m’self!

That is SO not fair….why is it that the ppl with tons of money have all the luck with finding more???? WHY???
It’s because they are faithful with what the Lord gives, in that they do not spend it all. They invest it, like in the story of the talents
Stephanie once you learn to abase, you will find that money seems to grow on trees. Heehee. Also it might help if you do not buy all 5 million of your siblings birthday presents.
I feel your pain, Steph. If anything I will mysteriously lose money as opposed to every finding any.
Yey! I love that!
it was the Lord rewarding you for treating me to starbucks at the airport…you never lose by giving especially when you give to someone who couldn’t have apreciated starbucks more than me
