Energizer Bunny, that’s me! January 15, 2007
Foolishness, The Latest , trackbackWow! It’s like, a miracle! You all must have been praying hard, because not only did I have a smashing good day (seriously) after having only slept an hour last night, but we’re coming up to another nighttime here and I’m wide awake and full of energy! True, there are side effects: I’m not making much sense when I speak, I’m discovering deep truths in the hollow blah, and I’ve been a little too honest with Kenji this evening about my true feelings towards him (which has led to some mild embarrassment on my part, particularly when I asked him if he’d rather be my boyfriend instead of Angel’s, in the middle of a crowded room.) But you know, all these are a small price to pay for what I believe to be an emerging superhumanhood. My power? The art of awakeness! It suits me, I think.
I can’t decide if my new name should be Insomniathor or The Energizer Bunny. Any other ideas welcome. I’ll keep you updated on how things go in this exciting new stage in my life!
