A very happy Birthday to my good friend Chuck, who is coolest thing God created since popcorn and chewing gum. There really are no words to describe the coolness of Chuck, thus this post will fall woefully short, but here’s an attempt. Much like raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens, these are a few of my favorite things about her. Share some of your own favorite Chuck things and birthday wishes for her will you?
The fact that she must chew exactly three pieces of gum at a time, thus its very hard for her to give you a piece of her gum, as it will throw off her multiples of three, but she’ll do it anyway because she loves you.
The fact that she is so definite about what she likes, thus you can know that a surefire way to make her happy is to get her something red or something that smells like peppermint.
Our wonderful chemistry. She can be flailing about the room like a madman, screaming nonsense and running into walls while I sit quietly reading a book and we have a perfect understanding of each other. Its hard to explain but real fun to watch.
The fact that she has not abandoned me since gaining so many cooler friends than I.
Her tender heart.
Her dedication to the Lord and the fact that she can always convict me with it.
Happy Birthday Chuck, Chucky, Chuck the Gangster, The Gazzipo, Milton and Victory! This next year will be wonderful because Jesus is your Lover and everyone is your friend!

Okay Chuck, this is going to be a super lame attempt, but I’m going to try because I love you!
I do love the fact that she is very definite about what she likes and does not like. It makes it very easy to please her, and buy her gifts.
I love her amazing styles, and how they change constantly yet they are always very unique. You can always point Chuck out of a crowd.
I love the fact that she is such a smart gal…and not many girls get that quality in my book.
I love how much she loves the spirit world as I do…and how we can sit for hours talking about all the sexy angels we want to be with once we get to heaven.
But I also love how we can have such deep conversations and I can be so open and honest with her and never worry about what she thinks of me.
I also love her because I think she is a sexy sexy woman, yet doesn’t flaunt it or make you feel uncomfortable because of it…she doesn’t let it get to her head. In fact, she outright deny’s it.

Tory is the funnest, sweetest, happiest, lovingest, cutest, challengingest, prettiest, ravingest, cuddilyest, dependabiliest, extraordinaryist, fun loving, tender hearted, silly, fab, and totally awesomist daughter I could ever hope to have. I am proud to be her mother! She’s the best! I thank Jesus for her every day!

I have only met you a few times, but from what I know about you, you are a good reliable friend and one who will tell your friends the truth. I admire that in people. I am not really good at expressing how I feel about things, or even people or friends. But I will say this, you are someone that I consider a true friend. In the times we have met, you have left an impression on my daughters (Olivia, Kiona, Valorie especially) they want to be like you. We have some pictures from the Rennisance (however it is spelt) with you in it and Valorie has told me how she wants to move to Cali so she can be with you. That says a lot. What to say about Tory? I am ever so bad at this kind of stuff. But because I love Tory ever so much, I will do my very bestest.
I love working with Tory. I don’t think anyone else would be able to handle me with as much patience and tact after working together for 14-15 hours, and still love me as well….I just don’t know how she does it.
I love the way she automatically connects with anyone, no matter what age, gender, or whatever. She can start the funniest conversations with anyone from the poor Wal-Mart employees, to the old biker at the tatoo parlor, to the yuppies stuck next to us in traffic, and it’s bound to be entertaining. Those poor strangers just don’t know what hit them when Tory walks in. Heh.
I love the way she always talks about the Word and the lessons she is learning, etc., yet in a way that doesn’t come accross as self-righteous. We can have long conversations on how the latest Word was “just perfect” for everything that we were going through.
I love the way that we can sing together on the top of our lungs, both completely off key, to some blaring music while driving together. I don’t think that anyone else has heard my singing quite as much and quite as loud as she has (poor thing), and still she doesn’t ever tell me to shut up. She’s a miracle.
I love the way she drives! The only problem is it makes driving with anyone else somewhat boring. Let’s just hope that I will live with Tory for the rest of my days and never have to have another hubby to drive me around.
I love her style. So her! No one else could pull off some of the things that she wears, yet she does it with so much confidence. And it looks good on top of it.
The Rainbow Gathering will forever be some of my best memories ever. I couldn’t think of a better person to experience it with. I hope that we can do it again next year.
What else can I say? Even someone like me, who can’t write to save her life, can come up with all this and more if time permitted. Let me tell you what, if you don’t know Tory already, or have never met her, you are missing out, BIG TIME. So I suggest you tally on over to Cali for a day or a week or a month or whatever pleases you, just to bask in her presence.

…hmmm, I love Tory even though she steps on my blue suede shoes. And as The King (No, not Kenji -The real king…Elvis!) will tell you, thats no small thing. But I love her anyway, because why? For-friggen-goodness-sake, I don’t know! I’m a guy! Dave Barry will tell you. You just kinda wake up on day and realize you’ve been married for 15 years and have 45 darling disasters.
